No matter when the season starts, the 180 maximum on starts is a meaningless number now.
Should the number of starts be prorated or ignored for this season?

It would need to be pro rated but I am starting to doubt any baseball being played

FYI, I prorated the number to 67.
180/162 = 1.11111 X 60 = 66.66666

Means that you need 6 or 7 starters to get to the max - depending on health.
Odds of an SP going the whole season is greater this year because of the short schedule. Although, Kershaw hasn't been a good example of that.
