First round bids will need to be submitted to Mike H. via PM (personal message) not before Friday March 8th and not after Sunday March 10th...If there are any questions here is the spot to ask....

You need to check if the player is on a released list and has a contract or if the player is on a minor league roster. Easy way to check for available players is to look at loyalty rights list. Some other free agents too if they were never owned and aren't minor league eligible or if they are from Japan.

A couple of reminders for the new owners with regard to the bidding rounds: 1) You're not allowed to bid on rookie-eligible players in the major league bids. 2) It's OK to bid more total money than you have under the salary cap. Some of your bids won't win, and you might decide to accept some of the winning bids and pass on the others. But, be aware of the mandatory signing/passing requirements.

Tonight, I submitted my first round bids to Dan, they are locked, and he will hold them without opening until he submits his back. This means that you can now send me your bid via private message on this message board. I am a couple of days early, but I figured that the earlier we start, the better chance we have of getting finished in time for the MLB season. Bring them on.
