When can we pick up released players and on what basis? Is it 1st come, 1st served or is there a waivers process? We were able to pick up our own released players already but can we still do that? I or others might want Garcon too if he's eligible to be picked up.
For the waiver order do you have to set it manually?

Scott - this came up during the baseball draft as well. There, we finished the bids/draft and then opened up the initial waiver claim manually, using initial waiver priority to determine who got players. Then, the waiver priorities were adjusted and put into ESPN - from that point on, pick-ups were as per normal.
I would propose to do the same here unless there is widespread sentiment for another method.

Another possibility would be to allow dropped players to be in the bid rounds but at the existing contract terms. Then bid ranking and reverse order of finish would be the tie-breakers. (Haven't thought this one through very well, but would allow and owner to go after a player he wants without having to wait.)
This would be a significant change from past practice, so I'm not sure we'd want to implement it now.

ESPN says Ivory will be added to my roster on 5 Aug. So everyone please disregard him during 2nd round bidding

RJ - as one with LM capabilities, I can make that happen today. Will go do that now.
