Mike, is Pigskin and Leather still drafting? After the last round, they posted they were done with the draft.

Pigskins bowed out of the draft, should be your pick now.

Sorry y'all, couldn't get away from work long enough tonight to post. The DOTJ gracefully bow out from the draft at this point.

We're probably going to need Dan to weigh in on this one: I'm not sure if it's OK to use one college roster slot to draft two players in the same draft. This never came up as an issue before because the previous college draft was held while the players were still in college and not on an NFL roster yet.
Any thoughts?

Not sure what you are asking. We were allowed to draft, promote and take another player in baseball. Is Football different somehow? Not like he drafted a player, released the same player maybe because of injury and then drafted another player to fill the same slot. That would seem to be a no no but promoting a drafted player and then drafting another player seems ok to me if that is the issue.
And you can delete me from the next round with Stepfan and Da'rick gone. Will keep the 6 I have.

Scott - let me explain it better: Before this round, Rich had six slots filled, three from last year, three from this year. He promoted a newly drafted player to create an opening to draft another player, using a single roster slot to draft two players.
I don't remember something similar happening in the baseball league, but you might be right - your memory is probably better than mine.
It seems odd and I'm just trying to make sure that it's OK before processing the pick.

I thought we were allowed to do it. Don't remember doing it myself but remember Thomas letting us promote players from the minor league roster and make more picks in baseball. Maybe something different with Football but I don't see why though.

If I've got six picks in this draft and promote four of them after I pick them, do I get ten rounds in the draft?
To me the issue is whether you're promoting a player already on your roster or one you just drafted a day or two ago.
