2016 Minor League Draft - COMPLETED

A unique feature of this league is the use of a minor league system and every year we will hold a minor league draft. The draft order will be based upon the previous years regular season standings (worst team picks first, best team picks last, then back to the worst team) and each player is signed to a 0/4/1 contract (salary/years/options). The only way to add a player to your minor league roster is through the annual draft, via trade, or sending a player down from your major league roster.

To be eligible for the minor league draft:

- Pitchers must not have pitched 50 or more MLB innings
- Hitters must not have had more than 130 MLB at bats

I've set up 5 rounds but more will be added if needed. Standard 24 hour time limit between picks. Miss your pick or pass, you are skipped...feel free to pick a player asap if you have been skipped in the draft. Even though you have 24 hours please pick as promptly as possible. If you are not going to pick please let us know that promptly too.

I've made adjustments based on the match options from this season and pick trades listed on the rosters pages from previous seasons. If I've missed any more of these please let me know ASAP!  The draft has officially started. New league member Eric Carrier has the first pick.
